What can a man do alone? Nothing amazing can be done alone. Even the relatively unremarkable like a simple pencil took the cooperation of hundreds if not thousands of men. The pencil is made of wood. The wood was gathered from a tree cut by a man with a tool called the saw. The saw was made out of steel, which was made out of iron. The iron was gathered in a mine. Each process requires tens, hundreds of thousands of men working in cooperation and built off the backs of inventions, tools and discoveries of even more men.

Business Storytelling - What is it all about?

What is Storytelling? Storytelling is the art and skills of presenting stories and tales, of making communication interesting and memorable. (1) (2) I’m not here to tell you how to be good and effective at Storytelling. If you type Storytelling in any search engine you will get various results for techniques, styles, principles, structures, hacks, science, ways, elements and tips and so on so on so on... So... Business Storytelling, what is it? Business Storytelling is the art and skill of presenting the Business in an interesting and memorable way.

The Kern Rules

Between late 2020 and early 2021 (if memory serves me right), professor Karl Kern published a series of 29 rules on LinkedIn titled "The Kern Rules". I believe these rules are essential reading, not only are they timeless and continue to resonate today, but they also deserve to be committed to memory.
